Do I need to tell my old pharmacy I am leaving?
No. We contact them directly and move the file for you. You do not have to make that call.
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing, anywhere in Edmonton, with no minimum order. Deliveries outside the city go out next day.
Do you bill my insurance directly?
Yes, we direct bill most plans including Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife and Green Shield. Bring your card on the first visit.
Can a pharmacist prescribe for me?
In Alberta, yes, for many minor ailments and to renew ongoing prescriptions. Call and we will tell you if yours qualifies.
How long does a refill take?
Most are ready within an hour. We text you when it is done so you are not waiting around.
Do you carry compounded medication?
We do simple compounding in house and work with a partner lab for anything more involved. Ask and we will sort it out.
