We opened on Northbank Road in 2009 with one dispensary and two staff. The plan then is the plan now: know the people who come in, keep the wait short, and give straight answers about medication.
Chains got bigger and the counters got busier. We went the other way. Our pharmacists have time to sit down with you, and the phone gets answered by someone who can actually help.
Today we look after about four thousand families across Edmonton, and we still deliver every prescription ourselves.
